  • · Get a Journal and write down your goals. How would you feel when you achieve your goals?
  • · Write down the steps you must take to achieve your goals. Follow the steps daily.
  • · First, you must clean your gut. Get a natural product that works for you: Smooth move tea and Aloe Vera juice are some of my favorites.
  • · Eliminate SUGAR in all forms, except raw organic unfiltered honey. I like Manuka honey.
  • · Eat more vegetables – broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, kale, beets and spinach, green beans, sweet potatoes, squash, pumpkin, spinach, okra, string beans, etc.
  • · Eat healthy fats and oils like organic olive oil, coconut oil, avocado oil, and organic ghee. Stay away from vegetable oils!
  • · Eat more wild-caught salmon, trout, sardines, and organic eggs. Be sure to eat organic grass-feed meats sparingly.
  • · Eat raw nuts, soaked overnight such as Brazil nuts, almonds without the skin, walnuts, pecans, pine nuts, and macadamias.
  • · Use supplements such as spirulina, hemp seed, raw cacao powder, chia seeds, flax seed meal, ashwagandha, and ginkgo biloba.
  • · Ditch the sodas. Drink more water and add lemon or cucumber. Drink teas, I like teas from companies like, Traditional medicinal, Numi and Yogi.
  • · Change your carbs. Eat organic brown rice, quinoa, spelt flour, and Ezekiel sprouted products. Stay away from white flour.
  • · Eat more fruits like lemons, grapefruit, Gogi Berry, berries, avocado, and pineapple. When in season, eat sweet fruits sparingly.
  • · Use herbs when cooking. Cilantro, basil, thyme, rosemary, bay leaf, lemongrass, parsley, oregano, mint, dill, and sage add wonderful flavors while being great for your body.
  • · Spices are great for cooking too! Don’t forget to add cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, ginger, black pepper, turmeric, cumin, and cayenne pepper to your meals.
  • · Drink organic nut milk like hemp and macadamia, but be aware of added carrageenan, calcium carbonate, and sugar.
  • · Eat a balance of prebiotic foods such as asparagus, leeks, onions, garlic, chicory root, and dandelion greens.
  • · Probiotics like Water Kiefer, kombucha, sauerkraut, kimchi, dairy-free yogurt, and tempeh create a healthy gut flora too.
